Wheatlet Squares
Mix
1 cup cream of wheat with
¼ cup organic sugar
4 tsp baking powder.
1 cup of vanilla yogourt
½ cup butter
1 tsp almond extract.
Mix all ingredients together and let sit 1 hour until doubled in size.
Bake in a greased medium size pyrex dish at 350
F for 20 minutes until firm.
Icing (optional)
Mix ½ cup granulated organic sugar
2 tsp orange juice
1 tsp almond extracxt
1 tsp lemon or apple juice
Bring to a boil in 1/2 cup of water.
Pour over cooked cake.
Let cool and enjoy this healthy desert !
